Kate Pratt

Kate was born in Oxfordshire and grew up on a farm. She has a great affinity with animals. Her family are also creative and artistic and both her father Jeffrey Pratt and sister Lucy Pratt are well known painters.

Kate's work is fresh and unexpected. It owes much to the old Oxfordshire countryside and its deep vein of nature in all its mysteries. Her creations have their own magic and life.

Kate cares deeply about the environment and recycling of materials to produce objects of beauty and mystery. She has built up a considerable following both in the UK and overseas and her work is included in many collections including Marco Pierre White, Elizabeth Gage and Sir Tim Rice.
