PAYMENT

For added security all of the payments made online are hosted by Secure Hosting. Secure Hosting are one of the UK's leading electronic payment providers and have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Your refunds will also be processed using the same system. You can pay using Maestro, Solo, credit or debit card.

All of our parcels are delivered using Royal Mail unless a courier service is required for Special Delivery and you will be advised before your order is processed.

Postage charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery:

UK Mainland: £3.50
Europe: £5.00
Rest of the World: £6.50

NOTE: Postage rates apply to single item orders. Multiple item orders may incur additional charges. You will be advised before your order is processed.

Parcels that are sent with Royal Mail using our standard 2nd class recorded delivery option can take 5-6 working days. However Royal Mail will not take responsibility for loss or damage for up to 15 working days from the date the parcel was sent. We do endeavour to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 28 days delivery.

Special Delivery:

For Antiques, Special delivery rates apply and will be advised before the order is processed.

RETURNS

As a small company we ask that online order returns are sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods returned within 7 days will be refunded. Please use the returns note included in your parcel or the exchange section for changes of sizes, colours etc. Unfortunately we are unable to return postage or delivery charges.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
